‘East to West and all the politics in between’ 2019
2019 will definitely be a year to remember for British politics.
After a resignation from Theresa May having tried and failed to deliver Brexit a new Prime minister has been elected to serve at 10 Downing Street. Here’s hoping his enthusiastic characteristic charms will do more than just entertain us.
This piece will take you on a panoramic journey across London of which you will have to pass the mass of political protest and turmoil to get to the other side.
What can you see along the route perhaps the Spice girls waiting for a bus, the announcement of a new royal arrival or the Graffiti Grannies making their mark on Global Warming issues.

Laura Jordan, a renowned British illustrator, is celebrated for her detailed, expansive cityscapes. Her artistic inspiration stems from her interest in societal issues, specifically class disparities in urban poverty-stricken areas. This focus has led to her unique portrayals of major cities globally. Laura's artwork is not only technically impressive, but it also encapsulates the essence of the cities she represents. Her pieces often incorporate insightful social commentary, typically related to city-specific events and policies. The artist methodically constructs each cityscape, drawing small sections at a time, and combining them to form the overall scene. Laura pursued her education in graphic design and editorial illustration at the London College of Communication, graduating in 2007. Born in 1984 and raised in Haslemere Surrey, Laura moved to London in 2004 for her studies and continued to reside and work there post-graduation.
